The Multi Zone is a high performance walk-through Metal Detector which exceeds all International Security Standards. A "height on person" display actually indicate, by means of illuminated LED's, the position of the weapon on the person.
The alarm threshold can be adjusted individually for each zone. The panels are washable and they are equipped with shock absorbent edges to protect them against damages.
The Multi Zone allows a high level of discrimination between significant metal masses, such as the weapons which are to be detected, and personal metal effects in common use; extremely high levels of immunity to external interference, making it easy to use even when external electrical noise is encountered. Furthermore, the sensitivity is independent of the transit speed.
The detector's control unit is incorporated into the structure. Access to programming is protected both by a mechanical lock and by two alphanumeric passwords.
